Cancellation Policy
- The cancellation policy for reservations made on our website is 30 days.
- If at any time you wish to cancel, you must inform us by sending us a text and/or an email.
- If you cancel up to 30 days prior to your check-in date we will refund 100% of your reservation.
- If you cancel up to 15 days prior to your check-in date we will refund 50% of your reservation.
- If you cancel up to 3 days prior to your check-in date we will refund 25% of your reservation.
Exceptions to the Cancellation Policy
We will refund 100% of your reservation, if:
- The Hawaiian state government has restricted the entrance of visitors into the Oahu island.
We will keep 100% of your reservation, and allow it to be rescheduled without a change fee*, if:
- You can show proof of death or hospitalization of a registered guest**, or of an immediate family member***.
- You can show proof of a positive COVID-19 test required by the state of Hawaii, within 72 hours of your arrival, for any of the registered guests*.
*A reservation can be rescheduled without a change fee, as long as the dates are available, and the difference in price is no more than 15% of the original amount paid. If the difference is more than 15% of the original reservation, the guest has the option to pay the difference to complete the new reservation.
**Registered guest means the person that made the reservation, and any other guest whose full name and age has been listed under the same reservation and approved by the owner.
***Immediate family member means parents, spouses, and children.
