Terms and Conditions
The use of our vacation home is to be used by the listed guests previously shared with us, and no one else. Any evidence of a violation of this rule will result in automatic forfeit of the entire deposit and immediate eviction from the property.
You agree and acknowledge that you won't have more than one vehicle during your stay, and that you will park only on our driveway. Any evidence of a violation of this rule will result in automatic forfeit of the entire deposit and immediate eviction from the property.
You acknowledge and agree that no pets, smoking, vaping, illegal drugs, parties, or events are allowed on the property whatsoever, including lanais, porches, shed, driveway, and yards. Any evidence of a violation of this rule will result in automatic forfeit of the entire deposit and immediate eviction from the property.
We ask you to be mindful of other guests in the property and conduct yourself(s), in a proper manner always during your stay.
Please be careful with food around the furniture and bedroom area. If a spill happens, please let us know ASAP, so we can help you get it cleaned properly. Also, clean up your food after each meal. In Hawaii, the food can be popular with unwanted pests if the premises are not maintained and cleaned.
Please do not leave garbage inside the kitchen or on the lanais, it will attract insects and rodents. The trash bins are outside to the south of the property by the wall of the other driveway.
Please use the hose and wash the sand off when you come back from the beach, before getting into the house. Excessive sand throughout the house makes cleaning much harder, which will result in an additional cleaning fee.
City ordinance calls for a quiet time between 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during this time. Any evidence of a violation of this rule will result in automatic forfeit of the entire deposit and immediate eviction from the property.
You agree and authorize a credit card hold of $1,000 to be placed on your credit card, seven (7) days prior to your arrival date as security/damage deposit. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RECEIVE THE DOOR CODE UNTIL THE CREDIT CARD HOLD IS IN PLACE.
The credit card hold will be active for the time of your stay and will automatically be released three business (3) days after your check-out date, provided the following provisions are met:
a) No damage is done to property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b) No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets, smoking, or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
c) No excessive cleaning required. All debris, rubbish, and discards are placed in the dumpster and soiled dishes are cleaned.
d) No excessive utility charges are incurred.
e) No linens/towels or property contents are lost, stolen, or damaged.
f) The GUEST (or any of GUEST’S visitors) is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), or the local law enforcement.
The entire amount of the security/damage deposit may be applied to actual damages caused by guests and or invitees, as permitted by law.
Prior to your stay, you will be required to provide a list of your guests. If the guest list information is not complete and/or submitted at least 72 hours prior to your arrival time, you won't be able to stay at the property.
You agree to be held liable for your actions and the actions of your guests at all times and by doing so to indemnify and hold harmless your hosts and/or the on-island manager from any and all claims arising from you or your guest’s, and all liability, negligence on the part of either party, loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from the use of the property, it’s surroundings, and the provided ocean equipment, (surfboards, snorkel equipment, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc.., where is applicable).
