To confirm a reservation on our website, you will be asked to pay 100% by credit or debit card.
Seven (7) days prior to your arrival, the system will automatically run a credit card authorization charge for $1,000 as the security deposit, on the same card you paid the reservation.
Three (3) business days after your check-out date the system will automatically release the credit card authorization charge that was placed on hold for the security deposit.
In case the security deposit authorization charge fails, your reservation will be suspended, and you will be contacted by us. The security deposit plus the credit card fee of 3.5% will be charged to you via an electronic invoice. If the security deposit is not paid within 3 days of your check-in date, your reservation will be canceled as per our cancellation policy.
If the security deposit is received via an invoice payment, its refund will be initiated three (3) days after your check-out date and could take up to 14 days to show into your account. check-in date, your reservation will be canceled as per our cancellation policy.
